1. Who may use ManuLink

ManuLink is available to businesses that own or operate a manufacturing facility in India and are registered for GST. By creating an account you confirm that you are authorised to act for the company you register and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Verification

Access to trading features (publishing products, posting public RFQs, sending quotations and inquiries) requires successful verification under our Verification Policy. ManuLink may request additional documents, suspend or revoke verification at any time if information is found to be inaccurate or if complaints are upheld.

3. Listings and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, prices, certifications and media. Listings must describe products you manufacture yourself. Copied images, misleading claims, consumer products outside industrial scope and prohibited goods may be rejected or removed.

4. RFQs, quotations and contracts

RFQs and quotations are invitations to negotiate. Any purchase order, contract, payment or delivery is entered into directly between the buyer and the seller. ManuLink is not a party to those contracts and does not take a commission on orders.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, inclusive of 18% GST. Plans renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off. Duplicate charges are refunded; other fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You will not send spam, harvest contact details, impersonate another business, attempt to bypass verification, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Inquiry and RFQ volumes are rate-limited to protect members.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, receive substantiated complaints, or present fraud risk. Suspended companies are hidden from public listings until the issue is resolved.

8. Liability

ManuLink provides the platform “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
