Yes. Your company account can publish products and quote on RFQs (selling), and post RFQs and send inquiries (buying). Switch between “My RFQs” and “RFQs for me” in your dashboard.

Account owners can add staff users under Settings › Team. Staff share the company’s inbox, RFQs and notifications.

GST registration certificate (REG-06), company PAN, and a factory licence or Udyam certificate showing manufacturing activity. CIN/LLPIN, quality certificates and a product catalogue are optional but improve your trust level.

Usually 1–2 business days. With Priority verification it is 4 business hours. If something is unclear, our team will request clarification and you can resubmit from your dashboard.

Bronze: statutory documents verified. Silver: documents plus factory media verified and a consistent response record. Gold: highest assurance — full documentation, factory evidence and 3+ years of operating history.

Our rule-based engine scores verified manufacturers on category, capabilities, certifications, location, MOQ, capacity and industries served, then shows you the match % and reasons. You choose whom to invite.

Yes. The RFQ page shows a comparison table with unit price, total, lead time, MOQ, validity and payment terms, highlighting the best price and fastest delivery.

The RFQ closes automatically, the winning supplier is notified, and other suppliers are informed that the order was awarded elsewhere.

UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking via our payment partner. Every payment generates a GST invoice in your dashboard.

Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full. Plan fees are otherwise non-refundable, but you can disable auto-renewal at any time.
