1. What we collect
Account details (name, work email, mobile), company information (legal name, address, GSTIN, PAN, CIN/LLPIN), verification documents, factory media, listings, RFQs, quotations, messages, payment records and usage analytics such as page views and searches.
2. How we use it
To verify companies, operate the marketplace, match RFQs with suppliers, send notifications, prevent fraud, provide support, generate invoices and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
3. Verification documents
Statutory documents are stored in private storage and are accessible only to authorised verification staff through an access-controlled route. They are never displayed publicly; buyers only see your Verified badge and verification date.
4. What other members see
Your public profile, listings and capabilities are visible to everyone. Full contact details and RFQ specifications are visible only to verified manufacturers.
5. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required by Indian tax and company law (generally eight years for invoices).
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or export your data from your dashboard, and request deletion by writing to privacy@manulink.test, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, CSRF protection, rate limiting and role-based access for staff. Every administrative action is recorded in an audit log.
